My team and I will respect absolutely the confidentiality of our working relationship. |

I or one of the team working with me will return your phone calls within 24 hours. |

I will meet the deadlines we set (or in very extreme cases, let you know well in advance of my inability to do so for reasons absolutely out of my control). |

You will always know in advance of our fee for any assignment. |
|
You are the sole judge of our performance - if anything we do falls short of your expectations, we respect absolutely your right to discontinue our services. |

You will be open, frank and honest with me at all times. You will let me know immediately of any concerns you have about our work together. |

You will give me all the information I need to do to the work. |
|
You will give me access to your team within the time frames we agree upon. |
|
You will make time available to work on things you've agreed to work on for me. |
|
You agree to listen to any advice I offer (I acknowledge your absolute right to reject that advice). |
|
You will pay your account on a regular monthly basis and certainly within 21 days of the account being given to you. |
|
You will give consideration to referring me to at least one other person who you believe would benefit from the association with me. |
